Job summary

ATI is hiring a Manager - Process Controls & Automation Engineering to lead the PC&A team across PA and SC, supporting operations such as annealing, pickling, grinding, flattening, and shipping.

You will design, implement, and support PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA systems, drive improvements in manufacturing performance, and mentor engineers while partnering with senior leadership.

This role may offer remote support to other facilities within the unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with automation and controls theory.
• 8 years in electrical process controls or automation in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• PE license preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot process control challenges to drive continuous improvement.
• Design and implement PLC, DCS, and SCADA solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Mentor engineers and support capital projects.
