Job summary

ATI is hiring a Manager – Process Controls & Automation Engineering to lead PC&A across multiple sites in Pennsylvania and South Carolina, with bases in Washington or Monaca, PA. You’ll design, implement, integrate, and support automation and process control systems (PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA) to improve reliability and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical and people leader who can learn complex operations quickly and shape ATI’s future vision for process automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with exposure to automation and control systems.
• 8 years of experience in electrical process controls or automation in manufacturing.
• Preferred: advanced degree and PE licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead process controls and automation across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Design, implement, integrate, and support PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Drive continuous improvements in efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and mentor PC&A team and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Provide technical expertise for capital projects and documentation.
