Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Forge Integration initiative for Private Markets, collaborating across Retail, Advisor Services, and technology teams to define strategy and delivery roadmaps. You will shape end-to-end experiences and align cross-functional efforts with the firm’s vision.

Reporting to the Director of the Forge Integration, you will drive requirements, manage trade-offs with stakeholders, and ensure outcomes meet client expectations while fostering

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in Strategy and/or Client Experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach.
• High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability developing materials and effectively presenting information.
• Superior analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strategic and structured thinking.
• Personal and professional alignment with Schwab’s vision and values, with a strong interest in our business.

Responsibilities

• Help design the Private Markets strategy, offer, and end-to-end experience for Retail and Advisor Services clients.
• Help define the long-term vision for integrating Forge into Schwab’s platform and digital channels, including a roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Stand up implementation programs to define requirements and facilitate delivery of the envisioned client experience, including working with relevant technology domains across the firm; engaging in discussions around trade-offs; and providing feedback to partners designing solutions.
• Ensure that the experience delivered is aligned with the Retail and Advisor Services businesses vision.
• Build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across Schwab’s businesses.
• Be a self-starter and thought leader, approaching issues with a client-first mentality and leading stakeholders through structured decision-making processes.
• Cultivate strong partnerships and influence others outside the immediate team to execute decisions.
