Job summary

Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Forge Integration efforts for Private Markets. You’ll partner across Retail, Advisor Services, and technology teams to design end-to-end client experiences and define the long-term Forge integration roadmap.

Based in New York, this on-site role emphasizes collaboration, strategic thinking, and stakeholder influence to deliver scalable solutions that broaden access to Schwab’s Private Markets offerings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in Strategy and/or Client Experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong sense of urgency and proactive approach.
• High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability developing materials and effectively presenting information.
• Superior analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strategic and structured thinking.
• Personal and professional alignment with Schwab’s vision and values, with a strong interest in our business.

Responsibilities

• Help design the Private Markets strategy, offer, and end-to-end experience for Retail and Advisor Services clients.
• Define the long-term vision for integrating Forge into our platform and digital channels, including a roadmap to get there, in partnership with key stakeholders at Schwab.
• Stand up implementation programs to define requirements and facilitate delivery of the envisioned client experience, including working with relevant technology domains across the firm; engaging in discussions around trade-offs; and providing feedback to partners designing solutions.
• Ensure that the experience that is ultimately delivered is in line with what the Retail and Advisor Services businesses envisioned.
