Job summary

Charles Schwab's Forge Integration team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategy and execution for Private Markets, aligning systems, processes, and teams across Schwab and Forge.

You will partner with Retail and Advisor Services, define a roadmap, stand up programs, and ensure the client experience meets business expectations.

This role requires a self-starter with strong communication and analytical skills, and a commitment to in-person collaboration at our Chicago location.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in Strategy and/or Client Experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong sense of urgency and proactive approach.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability presenting information.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strategic and structured thinking aligned with Schwab’s vision.

Responsibilities

• Help design the Private Markets strategy, end-to-end experience for Retail and Advisor Services clients.
• Define the long-term integration roadmap for Forge within Schwab platforms and channels.
• Stand up implementation programs to define requirements and facilitate delivery across technology domains.
• Ensure the delivered experience aligns with Retail and Advisor Services’ vision.
