The role requires deep expertise in capital markets client relationships, with particular value placed on experience with deal execution with institutional clients — especially in longer-duration transactions such as private placements.Responsibilities include:- Monetize existing client relationships by managing deals from initial match through confirmation and close- Develop new relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, wealth management platforms, angel investors, and other buy-side clients- Build and maintain relationships with sellers, including individuals, venture capital and private equity firms, and their limited partners through regular engagement- Expand Forge's network within Silicon Valley communities, high-net-worth individuals, angel groups, and family offices- Collaborate with growth engineering teams to manage, automate, and scale inbound and outbound client engagement- Provide market insights, demonstrate expertise, and oversee transaction processes to align supply and demand- Partner with operations, legal, and other internal stakeholders to execute transactionsThis role is based in Soho, New York, with 2-3 days per week required in office.
