Location :

  • This is a remote position (some travel may be required as needed). We will provide all equipment to do the necessary functionalities of the position.

What you'll Do :

As a Senior Manager, Private Label Technical Services & Analytics, you will be responsible for supporting and administering our new and existing private label product lines.

You will work directly with manufacturers and suppliers of our Private Label products, handling analytics and technical services, managing building code submissions and approvals, approving marketing materials, and providing product support services. Collaboration with regional managers and sales staff is essential to meet sales and profit goals. You will also conduct training programs, participate in product shows, handle customer inquiries, warranty claims, and act as the liaison between customers and manufacturers.

  • Ensure all regional Private Label sales and profit goals are met.
  • Coordinate with overseas initiatives to provide requested data and product specifications.
  • Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure all TopShield products have the necessary code approvals.
  • Assist in developing sales and profit objectives.
  • Support marketing in developing merchandising and marketing strategies, including collateral, social media, and website content.
  • Manage supplier approvals for all customer-facing Private Label materials.
  • Oversee compliance of all executed Private Label Agreements.
  • Handle product services related to all Private Label products.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for TopShield and related products, including licenses, permits, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate SDS documents.
  • Generate reports, including competitive analysis, as requested.
  • Monitor building code processes for applicable Private Label products.
  • Conduct product training programs locally and on-site.
  • Serve as the primary contact for product inquiries and warranty claims.
  • Visit job sites as needed for product and warranty issues.
  • Participate in branch events and trade shows as the Private Label representative.
  • Travel up to 30% as required.
  • Undertake additional projects as assigned.

Requirements We Look For :

  • Subject matter expertise and technical proficiency.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • BS or BA in business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in product services and branding.
  • Strong analytical and math skills.
  • Sales skills are highly desirable.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
