Job description

Location:
  • This is a remote position (some travel may be required as needed). We will provide all equipment to do the necessary functionalities of the position.
What you'll Do:

As a Senior Manager, Private Label Technical Services & Analytics, you will be responsible for supporting and administering our new and existing private label product lines.

You will work directly with manufacturers and suppliers of our Private Label products, handling analytics and technical services, managing building code submissions and approvals, approving marketing materials, and providing product support services. Collaborating with Regional Managers and sales staff, you will ensure regional sales and profit goals are met, deliver training programs, conduct on-site sales events, and participate in product shows. You will also serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, warranty claims, and act as the liaison between customers and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all regional Private Label sales and profit goals are achieved.
  2. Coordinate with overseas initiatives, providing data and product specifications as needed.
  3. Work with suppliers and manufacturing to ensure TopShield products meet all code approvals.
  4. Assist in developing sales and profit objectives.
  5. Support marketing in developing merchandising and marketing strategies, including collateral, social media, and website content.
  6. Manage supplier approvals for all customer-facing Private Label materials.
  7. Oversee compliance and management of all Private Label Agreements.
  8. Handle product services related to Private Label products.
  9. Ensure regulatory compliance for TopShield and related products, including licenses, permits, and reporting.
  10. Maintain accurate SDS documents and generate reports such as competitive analyses.
  11. Monitor building code processes for Private Label products.
  12. Conduct product training locally and on-site.
  13. Serve as the customer contact for product inquiries and warranty claims.
  14. Visit job sites as needed for product and warranty issues.
  15. Participate in branch events and trade shows as the Private Label representative.
  16. Travel up to 30% as required.
  17. Undertake additional projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Subject matter and technical expertise in relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • BS or BA in business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in product services and branding.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Sales skills are highly desirable.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
