Job summary

LG Electronics is seeking a results-oriented Senior Manager of PP&T (Price, Promotion, and Trade) to lead pricing, promotions, and trade spend. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management to ensure aligned, effective strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.

You will oversee ROI assessments, develop pricing across channels, analyze market trends, and implement promotional plans while monitoring performance for optimizations and ROI improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance required.
• MBA or professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of pricing, promotion, or trade optimization experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and communicating with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ROI pre-assessment using sales forecasts to guide strategic resource allocation and investment decisions.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies by aligning with product management to set prices across channels.
• Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate promotional performance for adjustments based on trends.
• Develop trade strategies with Sales, Marketing and Finance to support growth and profitability.
• Optimize trade spending to improve ROI for key customers.
• Present pricing analysis and recommendations to senior management.
