- Proven leadership of engineering teams designing precision manufacturing equipment.
- Experience translating complex requirements into production-ready platforms.
- Strong depth in precision mechanical or optomechanical design and related controls.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, development, integration, validation, and release of complex precision manufacturing equipment.
- Establish platform standards and release practices for repeatable deployment.
- Drive safety, micron-level performance, throughput, and production readiness with DOE and process stabilization.
