Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Sr. Manager, Program Management to lead development, deployment, and scale-up of complex manufacturing machines across multiple factories.

You will set up the framework, rigor, and end-to-end operating model while building a team of Program Managers to execute across generations and deployments. The role requires strong technical judgment, execution discipline, and the ability to switch between detailed program work and portfolio-level leadership, in a hybrid setup

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership.
• Experience delivering complex equipment from development through deployment and production ramp.
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent programs across factories and regions.

Responsibilities

• Translate machine roadmaps into integrated plans for multiple generations and deployments.
• Own the integrated schedule, critical path, risks, decisions, and escalations across cross-functional teams.
• Build and develop a Program Management team to scale execution across factories and regions.
• Provide clear executive communication on status, risks, and tradeoffs.
