Celerity is seeking a Senior Manager of Practice Operations to design and run the BIS practice's operational backbone. You will lead a senior delivery team, ensure scalable processes, and partner with leadership to align capacity with demand across multiple client engagements.

This role blends operational discipline with strong people leadership to sustain delivery performance during growth. Travel to client sites domestically and internationally is possible, while the role remains

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of technology consulting or related experience with delivery leadership
• Proven people management experience including performance reviews and career development
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall in SaaS or systems integrators
• Strong understanding of discovery, requirements maturation, and delivery governance
• Ability to build high-performing teams in a rapid growth environment

Responsibilities

• Own weekly resource coordination across multiple projects to align deployment with demand
• Maintain real-time utilization view and address over-allocation or skill gaps
• Build and maintain operational cadences and governance processes
• Escalate delivery risks with clear executive signals
• Ensure tools, templates, methodologies, and standards for consistent delivery across engagements
• Define and maintain BIS methodology and delivery playbooks
• Develop learning and development plans with cross-pillar exposure
• Lead onboarding and ongoing career development for senior practitioners
• Drive capacity planning and coaching model design with leadership
