Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in operations and 5+ years in people management, with 2+ years in contact center leadership and Medicaid experience. Travel to client sites and national coordination are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations.

• Minimum 1 year experience working in Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery across multiple service operations to ensure profitability and performance.
• Drive optimization of standard solutions and manage scope with client expectations.
• Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Analyze team metrics, benchmark against targets, and present improvement options.
• Manage recruitment, staffing, utilization, and cost to serve to balance delivery targets.
• Lead or support new service designs and validate delivery capabilities.
• Engage with clients to align objectives and ensure agreed outcomes.
