Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP is seeking a Practice Analytics Senior Manager to lead the Practice Analytics team and partner with Practice Management leadership. The role focuses on translating financial and operational data into actionable insights to support revenue growth, profitability, and billing performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, client/matter profitability, and collaboration with Finance, Marketing and leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Seven plus years in practice management or FP&A within professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; MBA/JD/Master’s preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with Finance, Billing and leadership.
• Hybrid work environment with in-office presence Tue–Thu; onsite as needed.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Practice Analytics team and partner with Practice Management leadership.
• Provide insights to drive revenue growth, margin improvement and KPIs.
• Own FP&A activities including budgeting, rolling forecasts and variance analysis.
• Develop profitability models for clients, matters and timekeepers; action drivers.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial packages with narratives for leadership.
• Monitor WIP/AR, billing, collections and rate strategies in coordination with stakeholders.
