Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager Public Relations to lead earned and organic campaigns for the appliance portfolio. You will partner with the integrated marketing and product teams, manage agencies, and drive awareness for new product launches and events to support conversion.

You will work closely with the Global PR team to shape strategy, monitor trends, and measure impact through dashboards while traveling up to 25% to engage with partners and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years in consumer PR.
• Experience shaping earned and new media with agency partners.
• Interest in consumer electronics/tech and ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PR campaigns for Samsung appliances and related brands.
• Collaborate with integrated marketing, product teams and external agencies.
• Develop strategies for events, product reviews and buzz.
• Create dashboards to measure PR impact and drive conversions.
• Manage agency partners and oversee briefs, contracts and budgets.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and project management.
