L3Harris Technologies in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Sr. Mgr., Engineering Management for the Power Systems Division Functional Engineering.

This on-site role leads cross-discipline teams to deliver mission-critical capabilities, accelerate program execution, and raise technical performance across a portfolio of programs. The successful candidate will drive engineering rigor, implement an integrated operating model, and enable Agile delivery while ensuring safety, compliance and mission assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience or Graduate Degree with 10+ years. In lieu of a degree, 16+ years experience.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across multi-discipline teams.
• Experience with workforce planning, staffing, recruiting, and talent development.
• Experience with program execution frameworks, schedule/cost performance, and risk-driven technical planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-discipline engineering teams or a department, including planning, staffing, execution and continuous improvement.
• Own scope, schedule, budget and technical quality across projects and programs.
• Implement and scale an integrated operating model with clear ownership and accountability.
• Establish repeatable processes, shared tools and metrics for interoperability.
• Lead cross-functional alignment to deliver results and drive strategic milestones.
• Develop workforce plans to ensure talent capacity for current and future needs.
• Oversee recruiting, performance management, coaching and development of teams.
• Drive disciplined engineering rigor, verification practices and first-time-right execution.
