Job summary

This role guides hardware test development from R&D through production launch, ensuring execution aligns with program requirements and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience or graduate degree with 10+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, 16+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Division Chief Engineers to ensure Electrical Engineering support across programs.
• Allocate resources aligned with business priorities and optimize utilization.
• Harmonize engineering execution through improved processes, tools, governance and execution.
• Develop staff through hiring, mentoring and training; conduct performance evaluations.
• Review BOEs and artifacts for technical quality and risk mitigation.
• Communicate needs/status to management and other engineering disciplines.
• Ability to obtain a US DoD Secret Clearance.
