Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Systems Engineering in Anaheim, CA. The role focuses on system architecture/design and integration and test across the full lifecycle, including leading documentation efforts and guiding small teams.

Requirements include a engineering degree with related experience, DoD Secret clearance, and strong communication skills. Occasional travel up to 10% is expected as part of off-site testing and validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent; 2+ years related experience.
• DoD Secret clearance required.
• Experience with SEIT and product development best practices.
• Experience in integrated product teams.
• Strong verbal and written technical communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical documentation including drawings, design specs, test procedures.
• Lead small teams to complete tasks on-time and on-budget.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Support system requirements analysis and design across the full life cycle.
• Assist in requirements analysis using DOORS, UML, SysML.
• Support milestones, gate reviews, and risk analyses.
