Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc (USA) seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy Planning & Operations to coordinate leadership programs and departmental operations across DO, PM & BDM. You will drive meetings, knowledge management, and program execution to support strategic priorities.

The role partners with the Department Head and senior leaders, enabling organizational planning, reporting, and governance. On-site in Tarrytown, NY with potential for additional locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in operational planning
• Biopharma/drug development experience preferred
• Experience supporting enterprise planning, portfolio management, project management, in biopharma/regulatory environments
• Experience developing governance docs, SOPs, decision records
• Experience tracking adoption, user engagement, operational metrics, and service performance indicators

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of leadership and departmental meetings, incl. agenda, materials, minutes, action tracking
• Coordinate and manage departmental operational processes and business rhythms
• Manage knowledge management and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams) for content quality and governance
• Oversee departmental programs, including workforce development, engagement, internships, mentorships
• Maintain reporting and documentation to support workforce planning and leadership decisions
• Support strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, and governance activities
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency across the department
