Job summary

Blink Health in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations (Prior Authorization) to lead PA production in our fast-growing hub pharmacy. This hands-on role requires turning ambiguity into scalable processes and building high-performing hourly teams.

You will own day-to-day execution, partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to optimize workflows, and translate data into actionable insights that improve SLA attainment, cycle time, and quality while maintaining

Qualifications

5+ years of managerial experience scaling operations/production in a high-volume environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Experience owning SLAs, KPIs, and operational reporting; Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
Strong data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end PA production performance, meeting SLAs and quality targets.
Develop scalable operating rhythms for volume, capacity, backlog, and risk.
Coach hourly teams, set performance expectations, and drive continuous improvement.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations to optimize workflows.
Translate complex data into clear insights for leadership and stakeholders.
