Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and develops business for the HR consulting practice.
• Leads business development and growth of the practice.
• Directs HR programs including policy development, training, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Ensures legal compliance and effective HR resource utilization for clients.
• Delivers strategic HR consulting and partners with client leadership; travels as needed (25%).
