Job summary

Western Digital seeks a highly collaborative performance and talent development specialist to deliver enterprise performance management programs that build high performing teams and foster a culture of innovation. Reporting to the Director of Performance in Talent Development and Inclusion, you will partner with stakeholders across the company to deliver year-round programming and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in Talent Development at a global company.
• Master’s degree in HR, Instructional Design, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferred.
• Building performance and development experiences and resources that drive measurable behavioral change.
• Literacy in software and learning platforms similar to Workday, Cornerstone, and AI fundamentals.
• Ideating, creating, and delivering modern talent experiences as part of a larger AI-driven learning transformation.
• Using a consultative approach to translate employee needs into engaging resources.
• Managing projects with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and measure progress and success against competing priorities.
• Strong analytics, communications, and presentation skills; global, cross-cultural mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver year-round performance process from inception to execution, aligned with goals and WD culture.
• Develop digital and AI program content and tools for self-directed learning.
• Develop and facilitate education sessions for managers and employees on performance processes.
• Partner with HR to localize resources and drive adoption across regions.
• Define and deploy measurement tactics with data visualization to show program effectiveness.
• Create assets for change management to support adoption of performance initiatives.
• Ensure fair outcomes and minimize bias in year-round performance management.
