Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting.
• Experience hiring for technical roles in aerospace.
• 4+ years collaborating with VP/Director-level stakeholders.
• Knowledge of modern tech stacks and hardware development.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to uncover passive and active technical candidates.
• Develop relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging.
• Build and maintain pipelines for various technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and align sourcing strategies.
• Analyze sourcing metrics to refine strategies and workflows.
• Track recruiting data and report to stakeholders.
