Job summary

Team Liquid is seeking a Senior Manager, People Experience to own HR operations for the North American population, including benefits, payroll, and EOR partnerships in the US and Canada. You will partner with leaders on workforce planning and organizational design while managing a People & Culture Advisor in São Paulo.

This hybrid Los Angeles-based role requires deep knowledge of US and Canadian employment law, HRIS platforms, and a data-driven approach to talent and engagement across time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR or People & Culture experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Deep expertise in US benefits administration and PEO management.
• Experience with TriNet and SAP SuccessFactors in a fast-moving org.

Responsibilities

• Oversee US/CA HR operations: benefits, payroll, compliance, and EOR relations.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
• Lead culture initiatives, engagement, and cross-border HR programs.
• Coach managers in people practices and change management.
• Ensure California/state compliance and timely payroll inputs.
