Job summary

Premier NX is seeking a Manager of Human Resources, North America to lead HR for the U.S. and Canada. The role partners with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and to manage talent, compensation, benefits, recruitment, branding, and employee relations.

You will supervise HR operations, ensure compliant practices across jurisdictions, and drive change management while supporting a globally distributed team. This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience leading HR across U.S. states and Canadian provinces.
• Expertise in talent management, compensation & benefits, recruiting, employment branding, employee relations, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Be a business partner and execute HR strategy for U.S. and Canada.
• Oversee onboarding, employee development, compensation, benefits, and communication.
• Own talent and performance management programs and HR policies across jurisdictions.
• Track HR metrics and present results to leadership.
