CHANEL is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Insights team in New York. This high-impact role requires strategic, analytically rigorous thinking at the intersection of consumer understanding, client intelligence, cultural foresight, and executive advisory.

You will lead complex studies, synthesize diverse sources, and translate findings into clear recommendations for Fragrance & Beauty, Fashion, and Watches & Fine Jewelry.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in insights, strategy, or similar fields.
• Experience designing qualitative and quantitative research and client experience metrics.
• Strong ability to distill complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-visibility research programs from problem framing to recommendation.
• Synthesize consumer, client, market, and cultural signals into strategic actions.
• Partner with division leaders to translate insights into business decisions.
• Support Brand Equity and Voice of Client initiatives with impactful analyses.
