Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a Manager, People Analytics & Insights to lead data-driven workforce insights that inform strategy and elevate organizational performance. The role blends HR, business strategy, and analytics to translate complex data into actionable leadership recommendations.

Reporting to the Director of People Analytics & Insights, you will own analytical domains, coach junior analysts, and drive benchmarking with external data to guide organizational decisions across Talent Acquisition and

Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, or a closely related discipline.
Expert proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Excel; advanced SQL; strong Python or R; applying statistical or predictive methods to workforce data.
Ability to design and apply analytical methods and build scalable reporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Domain Ownership: Set the analytical agenda for Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.
Lead end-to-end analysis of complex problems and deliver actionable findings.
Engage senior HR and business stakeholders to shape how problems are approached.
Develop well-reasoned, evidence-based recommendations for leadership.
Ensure data quality and governance across HR data domains.
