Job summary

Experience Champaign Urbana is seeking a trainer to lead curriculum development and oversee training/coaching for Peer Support services within the PATH program.

The role involves collaboration with PATH leadership, designing curricula, and ensuring a trauma-informed, multi-disciplinary approach with data-driven evaluation. Travel statewide will be required to deliver training and coaching as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate clinical services training for Peer Support Training staff.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design training curricula and identify/update skill competencies including external Subject Matter Experts (SME).
• Write program's annual and long-range plans with Associate Director of PATH.
• Ensure Medicaid enrolled providers have access to technical support and coaching.
• Integrate trauma-informed, multi-disciplinary training approaches.
• Coordinate training tools, schedules, trainer identification, visual aids, and data analysis.
• Provide SME guidance to PATH leadership and supervisory support to Specialist team to ensure fidelity to training curriculum.
• Statewide travel.
