Job summary

The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign seeks an Assistant Director of Peer Support Initiatives to lead PATH Peer Support initiatives, including curriculum development, coaching, and quality improvement across Illinois Medicaid providers.

You will supervise the Peer Coordinator Team, collaborate with stakeholders to design training curricula, ensure fidelity of the program, and promote trauma-informed, learner-centered services statewide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Behavioral Health Services supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing services and training directly related to peer support delivery or implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to PATH Peer Support Initiatives.
• Supervise Peer Coordinator Team and collaborate with stakeholders to design curricula.
• Lead evaluation/Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities across training and coaching.
