Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• 1-3 years of Behavioral Health Services (Clinical) experience.
• Illinois clinical licensure (LPHA) required.
• IM+CANS trainer level certification within 90 days of hire.
• SOC trainer certification within 120 days of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver web-based trainings and on-site trainings statewide.
• Ensure consistency of clinical curriculum content (TCOM and System of Care Principles).
• Develop and implement training for newly launched Medicaid services.
