Responsibilities

• Train and support Family Peer Supporters in the Integrated Health Home model.
• Provide leadership and ongoing coaching to Family Peer Support staff.
• Oversee fidelity to the family peer support model and act as SME.
• Develop and deliver on-site and web-based trainings statewide.
