Job summary

Imagine360 seeks a Sr. Manager, PBM Client Implementation to lead our client-facing implementation team through end-to-end delivery of PBM services, from plan administration to claims configuration and plan documents.

You will ensure on-time onboarding for new and renewing clients. The role is 100% remote and requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of project management experience in healthcare or PBM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or PBM industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans for PBM and Navigation services.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
• Lead kickoff meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
