Job summary

The Heico Companies is seeking a Senior Manager, Payroll Shared Services to lead payroll operations across the United States and Canada, including union and non-union environments, using UKG to support payroll administration and compliance.

You will drive standardization, controls, and service delivery while partnering with HR, Finance, and Internal Audit to resolve complex issues and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Leadership of payroll shared services across complex, multi-entity environments.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, controls, and tax requirements.
• Experience with multi-state and union/non-union payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day payroll shared services operations across a complex, multi-entity environment.
• Coach and develop payroll team members and promote accountability and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local requirements and audit readiness.
• Serve as SME for UKG and optimize payroll system configuration and interfaces.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit, HR, and Finance on payroll governance and improvements.
