Qualifications

• This position requires nine (9) years of experience with at least two (2) in a supervisory role.
• Associate's or higher degree with related duties and two (2) years supervisory experience are acceptable alternatives.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with five (5) years of experience, and two (2) years supervisory experience.
• Master's degree or higher with four (4) years of experience and two (2) years supervisory experience.

• Oversee daily operations of the Payment Processing division and staff across multiple locations.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations; manage schedules and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; manage budgets and contracts.
