Job summary

Pomelo Care's midlife program seeks a leader to own payer enrollments and provider licensing across states, reporting to the Director of Operations and Clinical Quality. You will manage a team of licensing specialists, drive enrollment strategy across clinical specialties and payers, collaborate with clinicians, market ops, and vendors, and use data to close gaps and drive improvements.

The role offers a base salary of $95,000–$115,000, equity eligibility, and fully remote work within the United

Qualifications

• 3+ years enrolling APPs, therapists, RDs, physicians, or doulas with payers.
• 2+ years healthcare operations experience in delivery or startup.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• 1+ years licensing, credentialing, and enrollment activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead licensing, credentialing, and enrollment end-to-end with states and health plan partners.
• Drive enrollment strategy across clinical specialties, payers, and states for coverage.
• Use data to identify gaps in enrollment processes and coverage.
• Implement process improvements with internal teams and third parties.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, market ops, and clinical teams.
• Manage relationship with third-party licensing vendor and SLAs.
• Lead audits related to midlife licensing, credentialing, and enrollment.
