Job summary

Pomelo Care, a virtual medical practice serving women and children, is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to own the provider enrollment process with health plan partners across the US.

You will collaborate with new clinical hires and vendors to manage license applications and renewals, and partner with Licensing, Credentialing, and Enrollment teams to enroll providers with payers. This role offers fully remote work within the US with optional NYC/SF offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare operations or startup health tech.
• Experience with payer credentialing across APPs, therapists, and physicians.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enrollment process for enrolling new providers with health plan partners.
• Work with new clinical hires and third-party vendors to manage license applications and renewals.
• Partner with Licensing, Credentialing, and Enrollment team to enroll providers with payers.
