Pomelo Care, a virtual medical practice serving women and children, is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to own the provider enrollment process with health plan partners across the US.

You will collaborate with new clinical hires and vendors to manage license applications and renewals, and partner with Licensing, Credentialing, and Enrollment teams to enroll providers with payers. This role offers fully remote work within the US with optional NYC/SF offices.

Competenze

• 3+ years in healthcare operations or startup health tech.
• Experience with payer credentialing across APPs, therapists, and physicians.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

• Manage payer enrollments and re-enrollments across clinician types for existing and new markets.
• Report to the Payer Enrollments Manager and own the end-to-end enrollment process.

What You'll Do:

• Own the end-to-end process for enrolling new providers with health plan partners.
• Work closely with new clinical hires and third-party vendor to manage license applications and renewals.
• Partner with the Licensing, Credentialing, and Enrollment team to enroll providers with payers.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years healthcare operations experience, ideally in healthcare delivery or a high-growth startup.
• Experience with payer credentialing for APPs, therapists, dietitians, physicians, and doulas with Medicaid managed care.
• Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and comfort with ambiguity.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range $55,000-$65,000 plus equity grant participation.
