Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, delivering care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We are a fast-moving startup with a patient-first culture and strong growth.

We are seeking a provider enrollment leader to manage a team, own the end-to-end credentialing process, and shape coverage nationwide in collaboration with the Director. This fully remote role offers NYC and SF offices and equity participation.

WHO YOU ARE:

• 3+ years experience enrolling providers with payers, plus healthcare operations and people management background.
• Exceptional project manager with meticulous attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity.
• Passionate about women’s health and able to work cross-functionally with clinicians and vendors.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Base salary range $95,000-$115,000 with equity participation.
• Comprehensive health, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and 16 weeks paid parental leave.
• Fully remote work flexibility with offices in NYC and SF.
