• Partner with IT and regional stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable tools and processes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across global teams to support objectives and governance.
• Collaborate with Quality to ensure GxP controls are understood and followed.
• Lead change management and adoption of capabilities across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement of commercial capabilities for planning and execution.
