Job summary

Blink Health seeks a relentless, action-oriented leader for the Patient Services Operations team, frontlining affordable, high-quality customer experiences. You will move between setting strategic vision, spotting patterns, influencing executives, and hands-on delivery to fix issues and prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

10+ years in operations, strategy, or process improvement in high-growth settings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Experience in contact centers or customer operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate to develop and execute operational strategies.
Lead a portfolio of initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Drive efficiency in associates’ processes, CSAT and AHT metrics.
Reduce root causes of patient support contacts.
Develop solutions across people, process, and technology.
Create dashboards and monitor key metrics with data teams.
