What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of business tools such as Salesforce and Power BI
- Design, analyze, and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and assist in functional testing
- Provide training and support to the Patient Services & Reimbursement team on business tools
- Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams to align system capabilities with business objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or IT
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related position within the pharmaceutical industry
- At least 3 years of direct experience with Salesforce and reporting tools
- In-depth knowledge of Patient Services, Specialty Pharmacy reporting, and Life Sciences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
