Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a work-related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible and related work experience.
• California Registered Nurse (RN) or other clinical licensure/registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of Navigation Services, Friends and Family Program, Physician and Grievance Program, and Corporate Partner Navigation Agreements.
• Builds collaborative relationships with management teams to align services with patient care goals.
• Gathers and evaluates data to monitor and lead improvement efforts for the organization.
• Directs, develops, implements and maintains policies and objectives for patient experience programs across departments.
