You will drive process improvements, monitor performance metrics, and ensure a patient-centered operation that supports both patients and staff.

The role requires strong leadership, expertise in revenue cycle, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize registration, billing, and collections processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or 5+ years in a supervisory/leadership role).
• 5 years of revenue cycle experience, including billing, registration, and point of service collections.
• 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle processes and state/government billing standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and the Internet.
• Ability to analyze reports, problem-solve, and implement solution-based ideas.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate revenue cycle operations, including insurance verification, self-pay conversions, and registration services.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance revenue cycle efficiency and performance.
• Review and create metrics to monitor and improve team performance.
• Oversee safety practices, compassionate care, and memorable patient experiences.
• Coach and mentor staff to foster a positive and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate with leadership, staff, patients, and agencies to ensure seamless operations.
