Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree with 2 years in pharma, account management, patient access, or training.
• Bachelor's degree with 4 years in pharma, account management, patient access, or training.
• Associate's degree with 8 years in pharma, account management, or training.
• High school diploma or GED with 10 years in pharma, account management, or training.

Responsibilities

• Support Patient Access training needs across 6 brands and 11 teams with 300 learners.
• Lead multi-day training sessions using adult learning methods.
• Identify training gaps through stakeholder meetings and forums.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop content for complex topics.
• Deliver instructor-led programs on account management, access, reimbursement, and compliance.
• Create content updates and maintain training materials using instructional design methods.
