Job summary

Amgen seeks a Patient Access Training Manager to lead comprehensive training across six brands, tailoring content for 11 teams and 300 learners. You will partner with marketing, medical, market access, and analytics to deliver and upgrade programs that support access, reimbursement and regulatory needs.

The role requires advanced degrees and pharma training experience, strong project management, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Pharma training experience required.
Experience with LMS and instructional design preferred.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management.
Ability to travel (>25%) for meetings and trainings.

Responsibilities

Deliver patient access training to 6 brands and 300 learners across teams.
Lead multi-day training sessions applying adult learning methods.
Identify training needs through stakeholder meetings and forums.
Collaborate with SMEs to create engaging learning on complex topics.
Develop instructor-led programs for access, reimbursement, product, disease state, and regulatory content.
Facilitate interactive technical and product training for Patient Services and Site of Care.
Support content updates and improvements using instructional design methods.
