Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado seeks a Manager of Patient Access Systems to provide high-level leadership for Scheduling/Registration and Patient Engagement Tools. Hybrid work arrangement in Aurora, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a related field.
• 3 years of progressive supervisory experience in a clinical setting (Epic a plus).
• Equivalency: Four years of experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
• Licenses & Certifications: None.
• Additional Requirements: Not Applicable.
• Competency: None.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management leadership with charters, timelines and milestones.
• Generate reports on patient satisfaction and lead customer service initiatives.
• Coach staff in problem solving and effective communication, conduct staff meetings.
• Manage patient engagement tools (Relatient, Welcome, MyChart) and develop roadmaps.
• Set best-practice standards for referral volume and productivity metrics for PFSS team.
• Serve as Operational Owner for Epic Cadence/Prelude functionality.
• Lead Revenue Cycle training to end users across PFSS, ASC, Insurance, Financial Counseling, Revenue Integrity, Billing.
• Oversee scheduling/registration within Epic and direct related operations.
• Lead day-to-day operations to improve care quality and customer satisfaction; drive strategic planning.
• Prepare and monitor financial and statistical reports; support budget preparation.
