Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Manager Quality - Remote to lead the Operational Excellence and Revenue Cycle initiatives across the Patient Access Services and Pre-Service teams. You will drive process improvements, oversee Epic enhancements, training, data analysis, and ensure compliance with Joint Commission, EMTALA, HIPAA, CMS while building scalable, patient-focused services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare management or related field.
• 8+ years Patient Access Services or Revenue Cycle experience.
• 6+ years management experience.
• Experience with Revenue Cycle processes including registration, scheduling, denials, and insurance billing.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission, EMTALA, HIPAA, CMS laws and regulations.

• Lead and improve Patient Access Services and Revenue Cycle operations across states.
