Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager, Partnerships in the New York area to advise clients on partnership tax issues, including 704(b) allocations and TRA calculations. You will lead engagements, mentor staff, and contribute to business development.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant tax experience with partnership exposure, CPA or equivalent, and strong leadership and communication skills. This position emphasizes client service and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics, preferred.
• Master's in Accountancy or Taxation, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead partnership tax engagements and supervise staff across multiple projects.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to maximize client value while controlling risk.
• Mentor associates and managers; contribute to business development and client relationships.
