Job summary

Qualifications

• Six or more years of prior tax experience in public accounting, private industry, or consulting.
• Specialized partnership experience required.
• CPA, Attorney, or IRS Enrolled Agent preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on partnership tax implications and allocations.
• Lead and supervise associates; manage workloads and career development.
• Develop methods to maximize client benefits while reducing taxes and risk.
• Train staff on research methods and software tools; mentor colleagues.
• Maintain client relationships and contribute to practice development.
