Job summary

BDO USA seeks an Experienced Manager in the Partnerships group to advise clients on partnership taxation, including 704(b) and TRA calculations, capital accounts, and allocation issues. You will lead, mentor, and contribute to process improvements, maintaining client relationships.

The role focuses on developing the group, supervising associates, and delivering accurate partnership computations while applying technical knowledge to complex tax planning.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of prior relevant tax experience with partnership taxation.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required; focus in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics preferred.
• Master’s Degree in Accountancy or Taxation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on partnership tax implications and items including 704(b) allocations.
• Lead research and preparation of partnership computations and TRA calculations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to team development.
• Supervisory responsibilities including reviewing work and mentoring junior staff.
